Vineyard: Vineyards located at “Estrecho de Marín” valley (380 m.a.s.l.), sourthern subzone of the D.O.P. Jumilla. Plots planted in 2018, goblet-trained and dry-farmed vines. Spur-pruned. Low density (2,70 x 2,50 m.)
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16 ºC. Aged in french oak barrels of 500 l. for 7 months.
Tasting note: Lemon-green, pale color. Energetic and delicate nose, naunces of vanila, butter, lychee and nuts. Delicious freshness on the palate with round and fatty mouthfeel. Finishing long and remind about the french oak ageing.
Food pairing: Arroz a banda, arroz negro, pasta carbonara and fish.
